We seek a Research Scientist to join our team of virologists and cellular biologists to create pseudoviruses used in the development of therapeutic antibodies and vaccines. Our reporter virus product is a vital reagent in the global response to new, emerging, and evolving viral threats. Responsibilities:

  • Independently design, execute, and analyze cell-based assays for custom virology products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independently design, execute, and interpret quality control assays and data for current and new pseudoviruses, including method development, lot release, and stability testing
  • Propose and implement solutions for areas of improvement in current reporter virus production and QC assays

The Research Scientist, under the supervision of the VP Antibody Discovery (or Director of Research), will join our team of scientists in antibody discovery to analyze and synthesize information and data about new drug targets and antibody-related technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Generate risk analysis for new projects by reviewing relevant internal and published data for membrane protein discovery and other targets; analyze and translate this data to generate insights and drive actions for drug discovery

Internships

Integral Molecular offers part-time and temporary positions to scientists looking to transition from the bench to business. Our commercial internships are open to scientists with an interest and initial experience in learning the commercial side of science. You will work with our marketing, sales, business development, and product management teams. Projects can include market research, researching new product potential, and strategic planning. Commercial internship positions are flexible in nature, both in time and location. The positions are generally not paid but have the potential to turn into consulting or full-time positions at Integral Molecular.
