We seek an entry level Laboratory Technician to perform vital laboratory tasks to support the continued success of our research teams. The candidate will be part of a lab management team that works in a unified and collaborative manner to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory.

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team and help to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of our company. The Operations Specialist will take on non-routine assignments across multiple areas to organize, plan, and execute duties related to managing the physical space and facilities at Integral. They will coordinate with the Lab Manager, office management staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. In addition, this role will take on special projects which will require the Operations Specialist to “wear many hats,” learn new skills, and/or apply their existing skill set in new and creative ways. 


  • Oversee the management and maintenance of all company facilities and physical space, partnering with internal stakeholders as necessary to effectively execute any plans 
  • Work, in concert with internal stakeholders and consultants, on long range facilities and physical space planning  
  • Lead efforts to optimize overall use of all physical space in partnership with lab management 
  • Interact with various contractors, vendors, and consultants to coordinate services related to facilities and space management 
  • Coordinate general maintenance with property management and external vendors

Our commercial internships are open to scientists with an interest and initial experience in learning the commercial side of science. You will work with our marketing, sales, business development, and product management teams. Projects can include market research, researching new product potential, and strategic planning. Commercial internship positions are flexible in nature, both in time and location. The positions are generally not paid but have the potential to turn into consulting or full-time positions at Integral Molecular.
