Laboratory Equipment Manager (Job ID# 052819)
We seek an associate to join us as our Laboratory Equipment Manager. This is a specialized position that will be responsible for maintaining and using flow cytometers and robotic liquid handlers, working with scientific teams to support their experiments. You will be part of the team that supports lab operations, with opportunities for leadership of the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a centralized calendar for use of laboratory equipment
  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Daily setup and QC of flow cytometry instruments
  • Troubleshoot/repair equipment issues and send for repair
  • Coordinate with vendors for repair and preventive maintenance
  • Efficiently communicate equipment problems and solutions to scientists
  • Assist teams with experiments on flow cytometers and robotic liquid handlers
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA with 2+ years lab experience
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude coupled with strong troubleshooting experience

We seek a Product Manager to support commercialization of new products and drive the growth of new and existing products. The Product Manager will help to set the long-term vision and annual business strategy for our products and ensure that the strategy is implemented with all the relevant participants and stakeholders. The Product Manager is expected to review revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and market share objectives to improve products and services.
Responsibilities:
  • Keep abreast of market and technical trends, competitor products, and customer requirements to determine competitive strategies for current and future products
  • Lead new product introductions by developing commercialization plans and product road maps
  • Develop annual and multi-year product strategies and fiscal planning for future positioning, growth, and evolution of product platforms

Scientist – Preclinical Antibody Characterization (Job ID# 190220)
We seek a scientist driven to understand the biochemical and biophysical characteristics of therapeutic antibody candidates and how these characteristics translate to in vivo efficacy. In addition, this researcher will be responsible for assay development for functional (agonist/antagonist) antibody characterization in the early-phase of our drug discovery process.
