RECEPTORS
Integral Molecular has developed and implemented strategies for optimizing the expression and cell surface trafficking of multi-spanning membrane proteins. We have successfully incorporated every major class of membrane protein into Lipoparticles, including GPCRs, ion channels, oligomeric proteins, and transporters (see table below). We can also incorporate any receptor into custom Lipoparticles.
Custom Lipoparticles are available for any membrane protein. Custom Lipoparticle services include receptor cloning, expression optimization, Lipoparticle production, purification, and quality testing. Custom Lipoparticles are typically shipped within 90 days.
ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles are readily available Lipoparticles containing optimized membrane proteins. Most membrane proteins are incorporated into ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles at 100-200 pmol/mg. ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles are available within 30 days.
