LIPOPARTICLES
Integral Molecular brings over 10 years of experience producing Lipoparticles and expressing difficult membrane proteins. We invented the Lipoparticle technology, own the patent for it (US#7,763,258), and apply all of our knowledge to incorporate your membrane protein at optimal levels. Each batch of Lipoparticles undergoes rigorous quality control measures for purity and receptor incorporation and is shipped to customers ready to use. Integral Molecular offers the following Lipoparticle products:
Custom Lipoparticles are available for any membrane protein. Custom Lipoparticle services include receptor cloning, expression optimization, Lipoparticle production, purification, and quality testing. Custom Lipoparticles are typically shipped within 90 days.
ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles are readily available Lipoparticles containing optimized membrane proteins. Most membrane proteins are incorporated into ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles at 100-200 pmol/mg. ReadyReceptor™ Lipoparticles are available within 30 days.
Lipoparticle Sample Kits contain CXCR4 or CCR5 Lipoparticles and control Null Lipoparticles (without specific receptor). Sample kits are available for overnight delivery.
Integral Molecular is the exclusive licensee of Lipoparticle technology. No other vendors are licensed to provide our Lipoparticles, and no one else provides the experience, quality control, modifications, and protocols to support your research using them. Ensure that you are using genuine Integral Molecular Lipoparticles prior to investing in important projects.
SHOTGUN MUTAGENESIS
Shotgun Mutagenesis mapping, including comprehensive mutation of user-specified genes, data collection, and structural analyses, is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Customers provide the parental plasmid of the target protein and the molecules (e.g. MAbs) to be mapped.
We individually mutate every amino acid in the target protein, verify every mutant for sequence and expression in eukaryotic cells, and then test every mutant for reactivity with the molecules of interest, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional site-directed mutagenesis. Customers receive maps identifying the critical residues of the interactions, as well as detailed data tables of assay results.
